1. About DC CampaignEngine

DC CampaignEngine is a software component of DCecosystem designed to support advertising account integration, campaign operations, measurement, reconciliation, and decision support.

2. Authorized use

You may use DC CampaignEngine only for accounts, Pages, profiles, datasets, advertising assets, and other resources that you are authorized to access and manage.

You must not use the system to access or control another person or organization's assets without permission.

3. Third-party platform terms

Use of connected platforms remains subject to the terms, policies, permissions, and technical requirements of those providers, including Meta where applicable.

DCecosystem does not control third-party platform availability, policy decisions, account restrictions, API behavior, pricing, or review outcomes.

4. Campaign actions and advertising spend

Some functionality may create, update, pause, or otherwise manage advertising resources. Actions with external side effects or spend must only occur when the required authorization and system safeguards are satisfied.

Users remain responsible for advertising budgets, billing accounts, payment methods, promoted products or services, campaign configuration, and compliance with applicable advertising policies.

5. Account and credential security

Users and administrators are responsible for protecting credentials, access tokens, and account access. Credentials must not be intentionally published, committed to source control, or exposed in client-side applications.

6. Acceptable use

DC CampaignEngine must not be used to:

• violate applicable law or third-party platform policies;
• access accounts or assets without authorization;
• circumvent platform restrictions, enforcement actions, or security controls;
• submit deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious advertising;
• interfere with provider systems or compromise account security.

7. Active development

DC CampaignEngine is under active development. Features, integrations, APIs, workflows, and availability may change as the system evolves.

8. Third-party dependencies

Connected services may change their APIs, permissions, rate limits, pricing, policies, or functionality. DCecosystem is not responsible for failures caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

9. Intellectual property

DC CampaignEngine software, architecture, documentation, and related proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owner or operator. Users remain responsible for the business content and creative assets they provide, subject to any applicable third-party terms.

10. No performance guarantee

DC CampaignEngine provides tools for advertising operations and decision support. It does not guarantee advertising approval, sales, revenue, return on advertising spend, profitability, or any other business result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DCecosystem will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from advertising performance, third-party platform outages, API changes, account restrictions, rejected advertisements, or actions performed outside DC CampaignEngine.

12. Suspension and access control

Access may be suspended or restricted where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform compliance, or prevention of unauthorized activity.

13. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated as DC CampaignEngine develops. The current version will remain available at this URL.
