Data Deletion Instructions

1. Revoke future access

If you no longer want DC CampaignEngine to access your Meta business or advertising assets, first revoke or remove the application's access through the relevant Meta Business or account settings.

This stops future access using the revoked authorization. It does not automatically delete information held by Meta on Meta's systems.

2. Submit a deletion request

Email hello@dcecosystem.com with the subject:

DC CampaignEngine Data Deletion Request

Please include, where available:

• your name;
• your business or organization name;
• the relevant Meta Business Portfolio ID;
• the relevant Meta Ad Account ID;
• the email address associated with the request;
• a short description of the information you want deleted.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or other authentication credentials by email.

3. Verification

We may request reasonable information to verify that the person making the request is authorized to request deletion for the relevant account, workspace, or business.

4. Information that may be deleted or anonymized

Where applicable, and where no legal, security, audit, or operational retention requirement prevents deletion, the request may cover information such as:

• stored business and advertising account references;
• provider account mappings and integration configuration;
• campaign, ad set, ad, metric, and creative metadata stored by DC CampaignEngine;
• stored creative references or other user-supplied integration artifacts;
• associated operational records that are not required to be retained.

5. Information that may need to be retained

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security investigations, fraud prevention, financial records, audit requirements, or evidence of previously authorized external actions.

Where retention is required, access to that information remains restricted to the extent reasonably possible.

6. Confirmation

After a valid request has been reviewed and processed, confirmation will be sent using the contact details provided with the request.
